Superchat mobile app from UI/UX design point of view was the best I have used. Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by performance issues with high volume messages.

I use Superchat daily and am very satisfied with the application. The user interface is clearly designed, which makes onboarding and daily use easy. A big advantage for me is the text templates, which can also be customized. They help to simplify standardized communication processes and thus save noticeable time in the workday. Particularly noteworthy is also the good accessibility of the service team for inquiries. Overall, Superchat is a reliable and useful tool that I can recommend for simplifying customer communication.
