The multiple functions in one portal: Payroll, HR, Discussion Groups, Data tracking just to name a few. The portal is very easy to navigate and quick to respond most of the time.

I like how Paylocity keeps everything in one place. Job postings, candidate tracking, and onboarding all flow together seamlessly, making hiring faster and easier to manage.

I like that everything is one system, like scheduling and HR&Payroll. The support is pretty great I usually get a response within a day. I love when my team helps me with paths > to > Get to > When I need to be... We love the reporting, just need more data to work with. Scheduling is a breeze! My managers love it and it's easy to work with. Payroll is good, but the check printing is a bit challenging sometimes. Lots of trainings available, but wish more Spanish options like for the Violence Prevention. There's Spanish Active Shooter but not the Violence, etc. so more language variety there would be nice Ai seems to work well and guides me through things. Peak Articles are great.
