The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate and, if there are any issues, then the customer service and/or technical support staff are more than accommodating in seeking solutions to questions and business needs. The sheer variety of features available to the user and the ease with which new assets, policies and other search types can be implemented and integrated into a business's workflow makes it an excellent solution for social media listening and brand protection purposes, to name just a couple. Our use case of the platform is relatively niche compared to the way other companies likely use it, but this was no impediment to us getting as much as we can out of the system and the customer success/tech support team were always on hand to assist us in getting it right for our needs.
