💡 Like many early-career professionals, Nur Natasha A, a Malaysia-based learner, tried different jobs but struggled to find a clear direction. With Coursera Plus, she’s now building a strong portfolio of practical skills for her future career through Google Professional Certificates in Project Management, Digital Marketing & E-commerce, IT Support, and AI. “Without a degree, I knew I had to find a way to build my skills, knowledge, and credibility in a non-traditional manner,” she said. “My main goal is to build a strong and relevant skill set for my future career and to achieve a genuine dignity of equal standing.” Her journey on Coursera is helping her grow more confident, have a stronger skill set, and take steps toward building the legacy she envisions. 🌟 Read more about her journey: https://bit.ly/42CG2BC #CourseraLearner #GoogleCareerCertificates #CourseraPlus

Your career path won’t always be linear. When changes happen, what matters is how you navigate them. ✨ Try this: Write down 3 things you value most at work. Use those values as your filter when considering your next move. For more proven strategies, Yale University created The Hunt—a course that helps you define your purpose, strengthen your pitch, and build a one-page Hunt Dashboard to guide your next step. 👀 Think your info is safe online? In honor of Cybersecurity Awareness Month, here are four quick habit changes that make a big difference: 1️⃣ Skim smarter → Watch for “data sharing,” “third-party,” or “location access” in T&Cs. 2️⃣ Pause before you click → Scammers thrive on urgency. 3️⃣ Audit app permissions → Shut down what you don’t use. 4️⃣ Share less, stay safer → Not everyone online needs access to your life. 🔐 Cybersecurity isn’t just for professionals. These small changes can protect you every day. Want to go deeper? Meet Tatiana Londoño, a Director of Product Design here at Coursera! Tatiana has 14 years of product design experience, having spent six of those years at Coursera. Looking back on her career, she’d convince her younger self to lead with confidence. “Don't get me wrong—like anyone else, I still have moments when I feel like an impostor, but once upon a time, the fear of failure was so overwhelming that I rarely dared to put myself and my point of view out there,” she says. At a certain point, she realized that by dimming her own light, she was also dimming her team’s, and that was unacceptable to her. “This transformation wasn't solo work—I pushed myself, but I also had great advocates who helped pull me forward. Looking back, I can see how my career could have advanced more quickly had I embraced confidence earlier.” Her takeaway: “You can be introverted AND impactful. Success doesn't require changing who you are—it requires believing in who you are.” ➡️ Want to learn like Tatiana? Try Design Fundamentals with AI from Adobe. “The course reminded me that staying current with emerging tools isn't just about professional development—it's about continuing to experience the joy of creation and innovation that drew me to design in the first place.” https://bit.ly/4mXRA9W
