    I was inspired to visit #SXSW Sydney and see Adobe’s focus on AI at the heart of creativity. The energy, ideas and hands-on demos were a powerful reminder of why connecting across the region matters — every interaction sparks new perspectives and possibilities. Adobe had a strong presence across all elements of the event, including two engaging thought leader panel discussions led by our very own Amy James and John Mackenney. Together with industry experts, they sparked conversations on AI-powered creativity, ethical innovation, and the future of personalised experiences. Adobe leaders also played a key role in other discussions, with Allen Russell, Scott King and Pauline Linton adding valuable perspectives. A huge congratulations to all the incredible speakers who made this week's discussions so inspiring; along with all those at the Adobe Experience Hub and behind the scenes.     Eight years ago, I joined my first Hackathon as a student. 48 intense hours later, my teammate Rares and I managed to present our first MVP and win a special prize.🚀 Fast forward to today — I want to share something exciting with all the students in my community. Adobe is organizing its first in-person Hackathon in our brand-new U-Center 2 office in Bucharest. Innovation has always been at the core of Adobe, and with AI becoming a key part of everything we do, this year’s Hackathon will have two categories: 💡 Generative AI 🤖 Agentic If you’re someone who wants to learn, push your limits, create, and connect with peers and industry experts, this is for you. 🗓️ The Hackathon will take place on November 15–16, with presentations on November 17 — 24 hours of coding, creativity, and collaboration.     If you're heading to SXSW Sydney this week, definitely swing by the interactive Adobe activation in Tumbalong park near the ICC - it looks amazing and is buzzing with creative energy and good vibes ✨✨ I got to spent some time on the Firefly stand on Monday, showing people how to get hands on with the latest evolution in creative AI - and seeing the surprise on their faces as their ideas came to life was genuinely fun. Adobe Express and Firefly make it super easy to jump in and start creating.
