  • Secrets fatigue is real and it’s not just about too many tools. When secrets are scattered across vaults, rotated by hand, and shared over Slack, platform teams burn out fast. The more your systems grow, the harder it gets to stay secure and compliant. Modern teams are solving this by: ✅ Centralizing secrets ✅ Rotating dynamically ✅ Tracking non-human identities ✅ Enforcing access with policy Less stress. Fewer leaks. More time to ship. 👇 Full breakdown in the comments.

  • Not all secrets are created equal. Some are stale. Some have drifted. Some were never deleted. This week’s Doppler newsletter covers: 🧟♂️ Orphaned secrets and how they sneak into production 📜 Why versioning your secrets actually matters ⚙️ How drift breaks CI/CD and creates hidden risk 💸 The hidden cost of secrets sprawl 🔄 When to use dynamic secrets instead of static ones Read the full edition and subscribe to get the next drop.

Kubernetes has evolved from a developer experiment to mission-critical infrastructure, and security expectations have grown with it. The future of Kubernetes security will center on identity and Zero Trust at every layer, AI-driven defenses that adapt in real time, smaller attack surfaces through simpler, purpose-built components, and closer collaboration between developers and security teams. I’m excited to dig into this more at KubeCon North America next month. If you’re also heading to Atlanta, let me know in the comments. And be sure to stop by Booth 742 when you're there and chat with us.

  • How secure are your Kubernetes secrets, really? It’s easier than you think to leave gaps in your stack, especially as teams scale fast and permissions stretch thin. Here are 3 common threat areas we’re seeing in the wild 👇

  • Headed to KubeCon + CloudNativeCon? Here are the talks we’re putting on our schedule. Big ideas, sharp speakers, and more than a few hard truths for platform teams. 👉 Which talk are you hyped for?

  • 🎉 Exciting News - We have a new Dopplerite! 🎉 Please help us in giving a warm welcome to our new Demand Generation Manager, Andrea Alvarez. We are so excited to see the creativity and amazing ideas you’ll bring to Doppler. 🙂 Fun fact: Andrea plays competitive roller derby! She’s been skating for 13 years now. 🛼🛼🛼

  • You deploy to staging. It breaks. A weird auth error. Maybe it’s the config. Maybe not. You didn’t touch anything. But someone else did. 🤦 Now the team is scrambling to figure out what changed, who changed it, and how to undo it without making things worse. With Doppler, secrets come with a full version of history. You can roll back to a known good state, see exactly what changed, and get your environment back online without digging through files or asking around. It’s like Git for secrets. Just easier. See how dev teams recover from bad deploys and fix issues without the blame game. https://lnkd.in/gCchfsgY
