Sometimes, experimentation can feel a little like magic. The way a single test can change how a team builds, decides, or grows. 🎩 🧪 We’re bringing that spark from coast to coast for an engaging event that uncovers the experiments every team should know and the stories behind how real companies use them to unlock growth. Join us for an experimentation meetup to hear stories, insights, and maybe a few surprises along the way. 🃏 📍 San Francisco — November 11 RSVP → https://lnkd.in/gzCa7rGt 📍 New York City — November 13 RSVP → https://luma.com/gp5xxkoh

A couple weeks ago, I joined the stage at #Sigsum with my long-time friend, Margaret-Ann Seger. We explored how data powers companies like Figma—those built around design and experience—and what the future might look like as AI, design, and data continue to converge. Of course, no fireside chat in 2025 would be complete without talking about how AI is changing the way we work. We discussed why designers are more vital than ever—because they push us beyond “good enough” outputs toward something truly great. We also talked about “AI hype” and the fear-mongering that often comes with it. Many teams feel pressure to match exaggerated stories of exponential productivity. But in reality, AI’s impact on the product development process is far more nuanced. The most valuable insights come from sharing real examples of where it truly makes a difference—and where it doesn’t. I’d love to hear your stories of how AI has genuinely transformed the way you work. Thanks to the team at Statsig for having me! https://lnkd.in/g37c-dZM

I'm a big believer in the power of experimentation + I love when randomization makes my life easier. But beyond our basic A/B/n tests, there's a lot of options and tradeoffs we make when choosing how to administer and analyze an experiment. As teams race to build LLM-powered products, one question keeps coming up: how do we evaluate if the outputs from our prompts and models are performing the way we expect? Join us on October 28 in Seattle for the first stop on our AI Evals roadshow across Seattle, San Francisco, and New York. 🌎 We will dive into how AI Evals offer a workflow to “grade” outputs from AI models so you can measure quality, maintain trust, and ship with confidence. 🎟️ Register now: https://luma.com/bumzclzm
