Talent leads metrics in Campaign Manager

Talent leads metrics in Campaign Manager provide details about your Landing Pages leads and help you measure the effectiveness of your ad campaigns. Metrics shown are based on campaigns created using the talent leads advertising objective and your choice of available ad format.

To see metrics for talent leads, you must have a valid Landing Page URL. The URL is typically found below Public URL on your Landing Page. Use the Ads tab to update invalid URLs and get more data about your leads.

Here's a tip

When posting on your Company Page, you must add your Landing Page URL as the destination URL of your post.

Select Talent Leads as a column view from the reporting dashboard or when exporting a report to view related metrics.

Talent leads metrics for a campaign include:

  • Talent leads - The number of members who become Landing Pages leads after clicking on your ads.

  • Talent lead rate - How often members who click on your ads submit their information to your Landing Page (number of Landing Pages leads divided by Landing Pages page views)

  • Cost per talent lead - How much you pay for each lead (Campaign Spend divided by the number of Landing Pages leads)

Important to know

Any leads captured before January 7, 2020 won’t be included in these metrics. This means campaigns created before January 7, 2020 will have partial data.
