View Lead Gen Forms and their associated ads in Campaign Manager

Once you’ve created and saved a Lead Gen Form, you can access the form in Campaign Manager. You can also attach a saved Lead Gen Form to a new ad creative.

View Lead Gen Forms

Who can use this feature?

You must have viewer access or higher on the ad account to view a Lead Gen Form. 

To view a Lead Gen Form:

  1. Go to your ad account in Campaign Manager. 

  2. Click Assets on the left menu. 

  3. Click Lead generation forms to see any Lead Gen Forms that have been created and saved under your ad account.

View the ads associated with your saved Lead Gen Forms 

To view any ads associated with your saved Lead Gen Forms: 

  1. Click Assets on the left menu, then click Lead generation forms. 

  2. Locate the correct Lead Gen Form and view the number in the Associations column on the far right of the page. 

The number in the Associations column displays how many ads are associated with the Lead Gen Form. If the number is greater than zero, you can move your cursor over the number to view the associated ads and related campaigns. If you click on an ad name, you’ll be able to view the Set Up Ads page of the campaign which will also show the campaign’s status.
