Go to your ad account in Campaign Manager.

Click Assets on the left menu, then click Lead generation forms.

Click the name of the Lead Gen Form that you want to preview.

Scroll down to view information for the selected Lead Gen Form.
- If you’ve added the book an appointment option to your Lead Gen Form, you can also test it by clicking on Book now to book an appointment.
- Select the type of meeting, date and time, and click Schedule.

To exit the preview screen, click Back.

You can send test leads through Lead Gen Forms to ensure the data is captured and available in the Download Lead report. It's useful to test Lead Gen Forms when integrating them with your marketing automation or CRM provider to verify the integration process has been successful.
To send a test lead:

Go to your ad account in Campaign Manager.

Create Lead Gen Forms to capture high-quality leads directly on LinkedIn. You can build forms from your Assets page for reuse across campaigns, or set them up while creating a campaign with the lead generation objective.
To create a Lead Gen Form:

Go to your ad account in Campaign Manager.

Click Assets on the left menu and select Lead generation forms.

Click the Create form button at the top.

Lead Gen Forms are templates that you can attach to a single image, carousel image, video, message, document, or conversation ad to collect information from the member if they click on the call-to-action button. The form is automatically filled with the member’s contact and profile information.

Lead Gen Forms simplify the process of capturing high-quality leads by automatically populating contact and profile information when a member clicks the call-to-action button on your ad. There is no additional cost for LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms outside of the costs for the associated ad campaigns.
