It was great joining Amit Sinha, Rob Moyer, Amit Singh and Sam Gong to talk about AI adoption in GTM. The big takeaway: AI transformation isn't just a technology shift. It's a culture shift. To drive this type of change: -Lead at the front. If you're not experimenting with AI yourself, how can you expect your team to? -Provide a consistent, open forum for your team to surface and debate AI use cases. It can't be a "one off." -Leverage a framework for criteria, assessment and prioritization that the team aligns on -Celebrate wins... -But also surface the failures. Give people the safety and space to fail when experimenting. There's gold in the lessons learned. -Have the team share stories. People remember stories. It inspires. It motivates. It creates a movement. If you want to win hearts and minds, tell powerful stories.

Most AI initiatives fail quietly even with the right tech and partners! • Most AI initiatives fail due to lack of customer involvement in the build process. • Teams often confuse partner alignment with customer alignment, pilots with real-world use, and “time to value” with “time to adoption.” • At Genpact, two questions are asked to ensure customer involvement: - How is this helping our customer? - Whose operations are actually changing? • Both partner and customer voices must be heard for progress to be made. • AI moves quickly, but results only stick when the customer is in control.

Modernizing Missions in the Cloud (Part 1): Setting Up a Secure AWS Sandbox for GovCloud Experimentation As an entrepreneur building JL&J Consulting from the ground up, I’ve had to wear many hats — CEO, CFO, CMO, and yes, even CTO/CISO. This week, I stepped back into my engineer’s shoes to set up a secure AWS Sandbox environment.
