I am rather annoyed with the management and the way their professionals have to handle situations
I heard about hostinger and first I was really positively surprised about them and their service. However, now after the fifth day of trying to migrate my web domain and them being unable to do it, I am starting to lose my nerves with them.
It is not that they are incapable but the way the poor team members have to deal with clients is unbelievable. Every 3 hours the service person - whom you tell the whole story of your problem so he understands what's going on - changes to someone new. And the whole show starts anew.
Instead of staying with one person to the end, they deal with the person for 20 seconds and then you have to wait for 10 minutes until the service member returns again. That's already two unbearable things ...
Furthermore I find it rather a nuisance that noone is able to handle a specific problem individually.
Thus, at the end of the day, I payed directly the amount of money for four years but have not gotten anything yet.
