Tech support was helpful! Service is disappointing - too many issues. Don't have many options other than to look for a different stable provider, doesn't look that this company can deliver what's expected. Hopefully, a new hosting support team is as good as this company, but then again, if they don't have as many issues they might not be as good as hostinger support.
