Ordoro

Pros: I remember the first year Weenie Warmers was in business - we actually manually typed out each shipping label (GASP!) And then we learned about Ordoro...and incorporating Ordoro into our company has allowed us to expand and grow our business.

Cons: The only thing that would make this better is if it were free!

Overall: Love that there is telephone support if needed. Overall, I am one VERY happy customer. I love that we can have different sales channels all funneled into one (very) easy to use format. Thanks Ordoro!

Pros: My biggest pro for using this product is the ability to pull all my sales channels into one place and be able to print my invoices in shipping labels. It probably saves me over an hour a day by streamlining basic tasks.

Another thing I really like is the ability to combine like orders into one shipment.

Cons: It would be nice to be able to create an invoice and enter in products manually instead of using ones that are in my stores.

Overall: Ordoro simplifies the every day tasks of printing invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels. I estimate it saves me over 20 hours a month for manually processing these items on each platform.

Pros: Ability to import orders from seller accounts on Walmart, Amazon, Shopify, + Others.
Discount shipping rates from both UPS and USPS.
Easily switch between shippers to find the best and most affordable way to ship an order.
Great customer service.

Cons: Nothing at this time. Ordoro keeps updating and adding features that I didn't even know I wanted.

Overall: I've been using Ordoro for 5 years now. I have no desire to try any other platform. We've shipped thousands of orders and are still happy.

Pros: I have been with Ordoro for nearly 8 years and it has been great. My eBay, Amazon, and Etsy order transmit super fast with no errors.

Cons: I am not aware of any drawbacks with this software. It always works for what I need.

Overall: Anytime I have had an issue, I called and got an actual person on the phone. Amazing company and Great customer support.

Pros: I LOVE the support! THE BEST! Program is accurate and snappy! Support is incredible and FAST and here in the US!

Cons: I am trying hard to create a Con, but can't come up with one. Is that a Con, that there aren't any?? Okay, one time they made an update and now I can't go back and get the data BUT they warned me plenty and I just did not perform when I should have. My bad!

Overall: My satisfaction level is 100%. When you DON'T get frustrated at a program, that is amazing. I am the only one here and when something goes awry, my day turns dark. Ordoro keeps me in my happy place, and not frustrated...ever! Thank you Team Ordoro!

Pros: It keeps track of my inventory across three different selling platforms. That is vital to not overselling items.

Cons: I need faster updates during the holidays when orders are flying in.

Overall: It keeps me from selling items I don't have in stock so buyers get their orders and NOT an apology for an item being "sold out".

Pros: Great to use and flexible SaaS for the automation of my shipping process. Integrates with everything I need, and good export features. Good support.

Cons: I would like the ability to upload custom packing slips as the default ones supplied are not sized correctly for my process.

Overall: I am a happy customer and recommend Ordoro. Support has been swift when needed and there are many features I have not yet used to try.
