Clerk was super kind and helpful. Allowed us to add another bag 💼 when we arrived.

It's located in a local liquor store, very close to the Tokyo Skytree Station. The staff is very attentive and willing to help. It's a great place to store luggage on the way to the airport and enjoy activities without your suitcase.

They were very kind and the process of leaving and picking up was quick!

This was my first time using it, and it was fantastic. Since Oshiage Station doesn't have many luggage lockers, this app-enabled luggage storage service was incredibly convenient! The store that offered it was also very helpful—we didn't have to worry about having nowhere to store three large pieces of luggage! It made our trip go very smoothly! I'm so glad we used this service! I highly recommend it!

Excellent service! Communication with the lady who stored our luggage was perfect—she was extremely kind and helpful. The storage facility was very easy to find, and it's conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Tokyo Skytree Station, with Oshiage Station also nearby and well connected. This made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

It was quite convenient to leave five pieces of luggage of various sizes for two days. The staff are friendly, and the service was fast.

We couldn't be happier with the service here. So much care went into looking after our luggage, it was neatly stored and covered in a plastic sheet. The owner is lovely and kind and I highly recommend this branch for safe, affordable storage.

Locker is in a coffee shop. The owner is amazing. Very nice and helpful. The shop also serves good food and has good tunes playing.

Really awesome! We had a long wait between our hotel check out and our flight so we tried the app for the first time and it was an easy experience. The gentleman at the cafe was really kind and helped us store our luggage. 10/10 would use again!

Simple and easy, happy with the service.

The store reacted well when we turned up early. When we arrived our bags were out front waiting for us. Just not sure if they were stored there all day or if they had only been placed there soon before.

The hand off was simple and fast. The owner was also really kind. It’s close to the station and easy to access. I highly recommend this store.

We were unable to get a late check out and we needed to be out of our accommodation at 10am. We were not being picked up for our transfer to the airport until 4 o’clock so we had our luggage held for us through Bounce. It was so simple and I was able to arrange for our pick up to happen where our luggage was.

Really convenient location and the staff were friendly.

Felt kinda bad cause we had 20 heavy backpacks/suitcases but they were really accommodating and nice even though it was a lot to handle.
