Friendly helpful staff. Really have liked to be able to drop off a bit sooner but worked out well.

Very kind person working the front. I felt my bag was perfectly safe, but if you're an anxious person, they are stored behind a door near the front of the store. I was totally confident but I know some people that would be stressed with the location. No steps to the bag location from the road if you're on wheels. I think my bag was the only one. Like that it wasn't one of the places that hold hundreds.

The staff is incredibly friendly, drop-off and pick-up were both quick and easy, and it's a really convenient location to the National Mall and the DC Metro.

It was all fine but did not feel super secure since our bags were just rolled in the back. Web site says they close at 5 but they were open until 9! Clerk was super nice.

So convenient and stress-free! I loved being able to drop off my heavy luggage at Bounce — the process took just a few minutes, and the staff was great. It gave me the freedom to explore D.C. without dragging bags around while I had time to kill before my flight. Such a game-changer for travelers! Highly recommend.

They didn't have the equipment to read the QR code, but they collected them anyway so as not to make us wait.

Drop off and pick up took a total of 1 minute.

Easy checking bags in and out! Took only a minute or two each time. Plan to use this service again a second time at the end of our trip.

Balance Gym is a very convenient location with great hours for drop off and pick up. A employee will check you in, ask you snap a picture of your bags and then you are free leave. When you return, show the employee your photo, collect your bags and leave. That’s all there is to it!
