Easy check in. Convenient location. Staff friendly and helpful

I used Bounce in Monastiraki to store my luggage while exploring Athens, and it worked perfectly. The location was just steps from the metro station and easy to find. Drop-off and pick-up were quick, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The booking process through the app was simple, and I liked that my bags were insured. Everything was safe and exactly as described. If you need a secure and affordable place to keep your bags for a few hours or the whole day, this is a great option. I’d definitely use Bounce again next time I’m in Athens.

Super convenient, location is very easily accessible through Monastiraki station, rates are very reasonable and the 24/7 access is just so convenient.

Easy quick and reasonably priced

Perfect location just around the corner from our rental and only a short walk from the Metro station. Process was smooth and staff very friendly. As a bonus the food smelled amazing! Definitely going to eat there during our stay.

It was great experience with them. Store room was in central part of Athens basically near Monastiraki square and charges were quite decent for even 3days something around 5€ per day per luggage. The store name was Fairynails Syntagma. Even the lady owner came bit early to hand over the luggage that day as we had flight to catch.

Even though I had paid in advance with Bounce, the store tried to charge me more. When I told them I had already paid, they didn't charge me any more, but they were acting uneasy, even though they obviously didn't know how Bounce works, and I was worried about whether they would be able to safely store my luggage. In the end, there were no particular issues, but I was concerned about the way they handled it.

Did t open until 10, but very convenient location.
