The employee was on his first day of work and did not know the procedure but promptly resolved it by calling the manager. For the rest, bags delivered, stored and collected without problems.

Good experience. The "depot" is actually a shop that sells a bit of everything. When we arrived, a very kind girl collected our luggage and placed it behind a fire door (presumably from the warehouse). Unfortunately, when we returned to collect them, our suitcases were practically next to the counter, in plain sight and available for everyone to take, obviously we did not leave any valuables inside the deposited suitcases. Not excessively expensive (€21 for three bags) and he spoke English.
