Very smooth drop off and pick up. The staff was very busy during pick up but still managed to quickly help me with my luggage. The bags were tucked away where others wouldn't go.

Nice coffee shop and an easy way to store our bags close to a transit station

In Boston there is no place to store your luggage at an airport or cuiseport or trainstation due to security reasons. When you have a long layover and wish to explore the city, there are very minimal resources left unless you book a hotel or rent car which are both very costly in Boston. We tried multiple hotels and they will not store you luggage unless your a guest. Then we found Bounce and reviewed places that we felt could keep our luggage safe and secure. Well's Coffee House was within walking distance of the attractions we wanted to visit and it was a fantastic experience from walking into the door. They scanned our bar code, took our luggage and tagged it and then securely stored it. We notice many other coming in as well and all were treated to their friendly customer service. We enjoyed a delicious coffee and snack there before leaving to see the sights. When we returned they were friendly, quick and efficient in retrieving our luggage. Our Uber had plently of parking at the front of their business to pick us up and we were off. I would recommend Well's Coffee House to anyone .

Easy to drop off and pick up luggage. Worth the money for an opportunity to wander around for a few hours without dragging luggage.

Excellent serive from Bounce in Winter Place / Street, Boston. We've never used a luggage storage before but will defo use again. Easy to find and right downtown for easy transport links into city and later, in to the airport, helpful friendly staff. We were asked to take a photo of our bags where we left them to prove they were ours when we returned to collect...felt v safe and secure.

Great location right by the park and several freedom trail stops. Owner was very friendly.

I really liked the fact that the lady at the counter triple checked i was grabbing my property and not anyone elses.

Amazing location in the center of Boston. There is a back alleyway where you can park and drop off, so it’s very convenient if you’re driving by car/lyft/uber. It’s also convenient to get picked up after you grab the luggage! Great customer service. Seamless experience!
