Location is good, right at the Washington Blue Lane Station, right downtown, so if you're coming from ORD and need to head back, this is the perfect spot. You just go to the 3rd floor, you should be on your way, good spot, easy transaction.

Our experience was great. It was an easy process from start to finish.

Drop-off was smooth and easy, no issues there. However, picking up the luggage took quite a while. There were only two employees working the front desk, and a lot of people were checking into the hostel at the same time. If you're planning to retrieve your bags, be prepared to wait and definitely get there early to avoid delays. Overall, the service worked, but the pickup process could be more efficient.

This was very easy. Alfa foods was super convenient to Roosevelt station, where we took orange line out to Midway for our flight. The people in Alfa were super helpful, friendly, and they kept our luggage secure for us, 5 star experience. Plus you can get snacks or drinks or cigarettes. Would use bounce again, and would definitely trust Alfa foods again if we were in the area.
