Regarding Swani Café in Dubai. Great service. One of the few baggage drop locations open on weekends. The hospitality of the ladies at the café is exceptional. They also helped us tremendously when we needed a place to freshen up and change. Very friendly and affordable. The coffee is also very good.

I didn’t book online as I didn’t know if I’ll be able to find the place, and I’m glad I didn’t! Upon walking into the hotel the receptionist selected the location for me and it was tricky for him to get which location it was as well. Also quite difficult to find the place as there is only a little sticker on the door so you can easily miss it. Once there however the service was perfect, very trustworthy place.

As you leave the union station, turn left and you’ll see the Panorama hotel! Super central location for an epic day in Dubai via the metro without your bags in hand. Also super convenient as a central point to switch zones on the metro. Staff were very friendly and super helpful.

Everything worked right. We had some difficulties finding the place, the adress is wrong on Google Maps. Its located at Panorama Deira Hotel, near Union metro station.

The place is close to Union Metro Station. Not Al Rigga station. Staff was friendly.

The only downside is that the address isn't correct. I found it thanks to another review which mentioned the panorama hotel

The location is incorrect. What is correct is that it is inside the Panorama Hotel and is a 15-minute walk from the train, although their service was very wonderful.
