I give 5 stars without hesitation. The Fada Nike Shop was great for me. I was able to leave my bag and have Mes Baggages pick it up for delivery to another city. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Location is incredibly convenient (the Grand Staircase down from the station, or gare, is not difficult for a person without mobility challenges). The staff have their luggage storage system down to a finely honed system, and have an extra level of security in their numbered yellow cards and locked room. They offered us water and use if their toilettes -- an ideal setup

The location was very good, close to all the places of interest, the facilities and staff were very good, and the breakfast was very varied and complete.

I pulled my suitcase by the leather pull tab up the street right all the to inside the door of this location. Somehow when I returned, the pull tab was missing. The man at the desk made a brief search of five seconds before saying that he has not seen it. Asked for at least a partial refund, as a piece of my property went missing while in their care. He refused and said to take it up with Bounce. I said to him, “Bounce doesn’t know why you took something off my suitcase, or where you put it! It is not an item that can easily slide or snap off, it had to have been removed on purpose. WTF. Otherwise, I found this place to be very convenient on account of 24/7 service, and there is always someone at or near the desk. Close to Noailles metro. Take photos of all your bags IF you choose to use this location.
