The Bourke St Ezymart store was pretty easy to locate and drop off baggage! Would definitely do it again next I'm in Melbourne.

Good work, early open and friendly staff

My luggage was all there and safe. But it was a little concerning that there was another bag there with the same tag number that I received for one of my bags (I.e. two bags both had the same number, mine and someone else’s bag). There’s a little chance to improve there. Otherwise everything was perfect. Many thanks.

Dropping off the bag was very quick and simple. Picking up the bag was likewise simple and quick. Very convenient to Southern Cross Station. Would definitely use again.

Friendly service and great pricing. Not in a secure locker/place but the staff seem to always have their eyes on the bags so felt fine 😊

Everything was great except for the fact that when I came to pick up the luggage I saw them in plain sight but no one was at the counter. Although nothing happened to the luggage, the security level is not the best. Staff are nice and friendly tho.
