It was great that you could check the area where you could leave your luggage when there were no coin lockers available and make a reservation 🙆🏻‍♂️ The reason I gave it four stars is because there were no signs to help me find the place, so I struggled to find it 😞

Found this place on googlemaps. Proceeded to locate the store. It was very difficult. Signs point to a B-darts bar. The staircase on one of the photos identify the building but the entrance is on the main road, on 2nd floor - 2F. Staff are friendly, but you can't purchase storage at the counter. Have to purchase online, then show the staff the QR code. Bit fiddly, but got there in the end. Good service and would've been 5 stars if I could've found it more easily and if I could've purchased at the desk rather than pre-booking. Thank you.

Service was seamless once we got there. Directions on how to access this location should be more thorough, with description that it is on the 2nd floor underground in a maze of shops. Step by step on how to get from train station would be even better

Amazing how easy it was to store our luggage here for 3 days whilst we just took hand luggage to Tokyo for our 3 days stay! Will definitely use again.
