Monica was great! The place is inside a Tabachi store, next to a restaurant that lets you use the bathroom if you need or to changr clothes if you need for Pisa tower photos. The location is easy to reach and identify. Very friendly staff; they store your bags in a room behind the ATM.

The host was brilliant, he was polite, considerate and went out of his way to help book a taxi for us to go to the airport and actually delayed and disturbed his lunch break to help us out.

We used this service to store our travel backpacks and bags before visiting the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and we were extremely satisfied with how easy the entire process was. The location was very convenient and easy to access, and the gentleman working at the shop was incredibly kind and helpful. Using the Bounce app made the experience seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I definitely recommend leaving your luggage here. Not only is the drop-off and pick-up very quick, but you also get a very warm welcome. The people are very friendly, we needed to take a taxi to the airport and the young woman at the reception called one for us. Another big thank you because we didn't know how to do it!

Didn’t actually see where the staff member put our bags as the staff member took them from us on arrival. We also picked them up without showing any form of confirmation. That being said, no issues and very convenient. Literally 1 min walk away from the tower. I have used Bounce before when in Paris and trust this app.

Very easy and they were so welcoming. The food was great as well.

It was fine, although the entrance was a bit confusing as it was closed on one side.
