Convenient location and safe place to store the luggage. We were able to drop off our luggage and walk around the old town before going to the train station.

Customer service. There is an actual person checking your bags in and looking after them. 7€ per luggage item. The other self-check in facilities would only work if your phone sim works. And when something happens—- no one picks up the phone to assist. Nothing beats a real person like Bounce. Recommend this service above all else.
