Perfect place for your luggage, good coffee, and near metro station.

Luggages was taken care of and kept in a storage room. Process was smooth for both deposit and collection.

Great place to drop your bags and to grab a cup of coffee close to the train station. Affordable and safe. Attendant was very nice and spoke good English.

Very nice point of contact, but it is the back of a store, and your luggage is not locked up. Nothing seemed out of place when we picked it up.

We haven't had any problems. It's true that when it comes to leaving luggage, it's a bit unsafe, because they don't have a separate room or any security system, so you have to leave it in the middle of the store. But there hasn't been a problem.

Convenient location near Ostiense station. Friendly staff, the only downside is a bit of difficulty with Italian but nothing problematic...we understand each other. Extended opening hours convenient for evening departures.

Not so easy to find the location. Additional signs showing the point would be nice. Otherwise thank You for the opportunity to spend some more hours in Rome! :)

we booked a spot for our luggage on sunday, yet on monday morning the booking hadn’t gone through and at the bar they couldn’t see it in their system. no idea if that was an issue with the bounce app or what happened there. the staff were friendly and helpful though and ended up keeping our luggage for the day anyways. thank you for your help!
