It Isabel older stone building, entry on corner up several stairs and a call box to buzz you in. Storage down a flight of stairs - no elevator. :(

Checking-in and out was a breeze and the staff was really nice and helpful. Thank you! The store is very close to the King Street Station (Amtrak).

The 3rd Generation Owner was very helpful with directions to sites we wanted to visit, told us information about the area, even made sure we didn't follow google maps due to a shut down sidewalk and got us around without backtracking.

The staff was very helpful, and my luggage was kept safe and secure during the day so I could explore Seattle without having to worry about my luggage!

The host was friendly. Excellent communication, and the luggage was completely secure. He also gave us coupons and tips on places to visit.

While the location was a bit hard to find, they provide a phone number and the employee picked up the phone immediately and came right out to help us. He was super nice and also gave some suggestions for places to visit

The location was convenient to both sports stadiums and open late for pickup which was exactly what we needed for this trip. The storage space itself was nothing more than a locked closet, but it worked.

Hello, I needed to leave my suitcase until 10pm and this was one of the few places that had that option. I was easily able to find a place, found a person right away. There are suitcases in a separate room under lock and key. By and by I had to pick up my suitcase at 6pm, but also an employee was on site, came and picked it up, no problems. Yes, I have read comments that people have encountered difficulties, but we did not encounter any such problems. We left on Friday from 12pm to 6pm.
