Very polite staff and smooth process

The store was easy to find as it was on a main road and there is a bus stop right in front so you can drop your luggage and be on your way within minutes. The staff was helpful and patient with me as it was my first time using the service. It was pleasant and I would definitely use it again on my next trip in Singapore.

I booked a storage through the Bounce app. It's right next to the entrance of the mall on the Fountain of Life side. The staff are very friendly and it's very convenient to store your luggage.

They will store your bags in a small room, looks safe to me but better have your bags locked. Shop is on the 4th floor but there are lift and escalator.

A very good location. A walking distance between Marina Bay Sands and Merlion Park. I found my luggage and had dinner here well.
