Additional Entry Filters for Event-Based Journeys

Improvement

Event-based journeys now support additional entry filters, allowing you to refine which users enter a journey.

For example:

  • Exclude users in a suppression audience from a “Viewed Product” upsell journey

  • Target only high-value users in an “Abandoned Cart” flow

This gives marketers the precision of audience-based targeting while keeping the flexibility of event-triggered journeys.

Profile Explorer

New

A new Profiles tab is now available in Customer Studio, making it easy to search, explore, and understand individual users in the parent model.

You can view:

  • Attributes and traits
  • Audience and journey memberships
  • Recent events and activity

The Overview tab consolidates key details into one view, so you no longer need to navigate multiple tabs just to understand a user.

Journey URL Sharing

New

You can now share direct URLs to specific journeys and views in Customer Studio.

Each URL captures the current journey and context, allowing teammates to open the exact screen you’re referencing for easy collaboration and review.

Use it to:

  • Share a link to a specific journey state while coordinating with Engineering, Solutions, or Product at your company
  • Collect feedback by pointing reviewers to the exact place to look

Saving Journey Tile Positions

New

Tile placements in the Journeys canvas are now saved automatically. When you rearrange tiles, their positions persist across refreshes, sessions, and collaborators.

This update makes it easier to organize, present, and collaborate on journeys:

  • Keep your preferred layout across sessions and devices
  • Share a journey and have everyone see the same structure
  • Focus on design and flow, not rearranging tiles

Sync Templates for Journeys

New

You can now use Sync Templates in Journeys to simplify how you manage your syncs. Admins can create reusable templates that marketers can easily apply across different audiences and journeys.

If a sync value changes, you only need to update it once. That change automatically applies everywhere the template is used, ensuring your journey syncs stay consistent and up to date.

AID Centralized Tagging

New

A new centralized tagging tab in AID lets you view, edit, and manage all your tags across agents and messages in one place. You can also use AI to auto-generate tags for a given message or tag key, helping you tag content faster.

This feature is designed to streamline workflows for teams that rely on tagging to categorize and analyze their messages.

Improved Agent Messages Table

Improvement

Agent messages now live in their own dedicated tab, making them easier to manage and explore. Updates include:

  • Thumbnail previews to quickly identify messages (like emails) at a glance

  • Tags for improved organization

  • A foundation for upcoming metrics, including usage and performance data

This new layout makes it easier to locate and manage multiple messages, enable or disable them in bulk, and monitor how well they’re performing.

Match Booster – Enrich with Hashed Phone Numbers

New

Match Booster now supports enrichment with hashed phone numbers. You can now include hashed (securely scrambled) phone data when matching against Hightouch’s identity graph. This helps protect customer privacy while improving match rates—since hashed values can still line up with other systems that use the same hashing method—unlocking more identifiers for your audiences.
