AID Centralized Tagging

New

A new centralized tagging tab in AID lets you view, edit, and manage all your tags across agents and messages in one place. You can also use AI to auto-generate tags for a given message or tag key, helping you tag content faster.

This feature is designed to streamline workflows for teams that rely on tagging to categorize and analyze their messages.

Improved Agent Messages Table

Improvement

Agent messages now live in their own dedicated tab, making them easier to manage and explore. Updates include:

  • Thumbnail previews to quickly identify messages (like emails) at a glance

  • Tags for improved organization

  • A foundation for upcoming metrics, including usage and performance data

This new layout makes it easier to locate and manage multiple messages, enable or disable them in bulk, and monitor how well they’re performing.

Match Booster – Enrich with Hashed Phone Numbers

New

Match Booster now supports enrichment with hashed phone numbers. You can now include hashed (securely scrambled) phone data when matching against Hightouch’s identity graph. This helps protect customer privacy while improving match rates—since hashed values can still line up with other systems that use the same hashing method—unlocking more identifiers for your audiences.

Audience Filters on JSON Columns

New

You can now filter on fields stored inside JSON columns using dot-path notation.* For example: booking.product.geo.city = 'Florence'). This makes it possible to create audiences using nested event or object data without needing to flatten or transform it first.

This is especially useful for event properties stored as JSON blobs, like filtering by product attributes or campaign metadata. Filters support standard operators like equals, not equals, contains, greater/less than, and exists.

*Contact your Hightouch team to enable this feature.

Splits Measurement Chart

New

You can now measure the results of your Audience Splits directly in the Intelligence tab.

Set up audience split groups in Customer Studio to test things like different subject lines, offers, or ad creatives. Then, use the Splits Measurement chart to see how your treatment and holdout groups performed side-by-side.

For example, compare open rates between two email subject lines or measure conversions from a promotional offer vs. no offer.

Navigation Toggle

New

The Hightouch web app now has a collapsible side navigation. Collapse the nav to maximize your working space. Submenu items remain accessible via hover.

This visual refresh helps keep focus on your primary content, especially when working with wide tables, detailed charts, or builders that benefit from extra screen real estate.

Journey Alerting

New

You can now set up Journey Alerts to be notified when a journey run fails. Alerts are configured globally but can be updated or muted for individual journeys.

This ensures you’re proactively notified through your preferred channel if a journey fails to execute, so you can address issues before they impact your campaigns.
