HelloI created a snapshot in full mode and successfully restored it in my local development environment. However, when I log in, I’m unable to view the complete data and other screen.Is there any permission I need to check while creating the snapshot? We are trying to get product images to display on the mobile app (Warehouse Management > Item Lookup) in 25R2 but have not been successful. It is not working like it did in 25R1. In 25R1, if you upload an image to the Files area, it will show up on the Attributes tab, and it will display on the mobile app. In the Item Lookup, if you click the paperclip icon, you will see a thumbnail (and you can load a larger image if necessary).This same behavior is not working in 25R2. Acumatica moved the image upload from the Attributes tab to the Description tab as discussed here: Apparently, this change has caused the image display issue on the mobile app.Furthermore, we have not been able to capture images using the camera on a mobile device. We have tried both iPhone and Google Pixel. In multiple tests, we were not able to upload images to a stock item via the Item Lookup utility. We can take a picture and upload it, but it results in the error: “Error uploading file.” Again this works fine i
Hello,I’ve enabled the new Modern Customer Portal but when I log in as admin or a Customer Contact with user and roles assigned nothing displayed.The Portals record has been configured.Anyone have ideas on what could be the issue? I’ve tried with the classic Portal Enabled and Disabled and nothing changes.Tried with classic on/off.Various roles tested also, all on/off, etc.Portal configured.New home page displays.Nothing on home page of portal when logged in with admin or Customer Contact.
I just started using the modern UI on 2025R1 and noticed the embedded image is no longer on the attributes tab of the stock item record. Does anyone know how to get this back? I tried adding the Image URL using the screen configurator, but that doesn’t embed the image, it just creates a non-drillable image URL.

Is there a way to create a marketing survey in Acumatica to mass email certain customers? We would like it to be a one question survey and the 3 responses listed so when the customer clicks their response, we can collect the feedback. Can Acumatica do this or would we need to get a 3rd party integration with marketing software?
I am trying to create a new project in VS on a 25R2 instance. (first time working in 25R2).I open the project and simply try to compile it. I have not added anything to the project...just the default that was created.I get this error:Unable to find package Microsoft.Bcl.AsyncInterfaces. No packages exist with this id in source(s): Microsoft Visual Studio Offline Packages, TestSDKI see that there was a similar error a couple of years ago, but it did not address my issue. From the above link, I tried removing Microsoft.Bcl.AsyncInterfaces from my csproj file. It compiles after doing that. But then the site will not load.After killing the site, I can get it back up by upgrading the site only using the installation tool.Note that simply attempting to compile my project in VS, it kills the site.Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Extensions.Options.ConfigurationExtensions' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference.
I am trying to create a report where i am not able to get the Alternative ID a dropdown table. Alternative ID comes from INItemXRef table and for my report relevance, Soline table.Can’t seem to bring any of the table in the Alternative ID dropdown parameter by using any of the below =Report.GetFieldSchema('INItemXRef.SubitemID,AlternateID')=Report.GetFieldSchema('INItemXRef.AlternateID')=Report.GetFieldSchema(‘Soline,AlternateID') in the View Name: field. Infact any thing put in View Name omits the Altenate ID parameter itself as seen in the picture. Any Idea what could be done?
I was hoping that someone could help me out with a customized field issue with the project quotes. I amtrying to add a field to the top of the quote screen (Call Number) in the example below. I will type in the call number, hit save and then everything will look fine. Once I leave this screen and go back in the call number disappears. I have tried multiple customization projects and have tried different customization fields with no success. I have done the exact same process in the projects side and have had no issues. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this?
I have an Attribute added to Production Orders. I need to update the value via the API. I’ve tried PUT/PATCH/POSTing to the ProductionOrder endpoint with a body like:{ "OrderAttributes": [ { "AttributeID": { "value": "PKGMETHOD" }, "Value": { "value": "B" } } ], "OrderType": { "value": "WO" }, "ProductionNbr": { "value": "00000006" }}...but I just get an error like "The system failed to commit the ProductionAttributes row." What do I need to do to update the attribute?
