Chloe was thorough and patient with us as we completed our HubSpot Onboarding. Our onboarding was unique in that the majority of the onboarding was done with a part of the team that is no longer with our organization. This means that I watched a lot of the recordings of earlier meetings and then joined for the final live onboarding sessions with Chloe. She was a great guide as we got to know HubSpot and the many ins and outs of HubSpot. She answered all our questions kindly and clearly, ensured that she always followed up with our team, and she was extremely flexible with our team during the onboarding process.

We were coming from a failed attempt at using SalesForce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement that was very clunky and difficult to implement and use. HubSpot is much easier and Shannon was very knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention her amazing energy during the calls. She was always very thorough and prompt in her call follow up and we felt supported if we had any other questions in between.
