Implement UI Design for App Details Screen of Remote Apps

The design from #105 (closed) needs to get implemented:

Let's use the same app details view, but replace the edit button with a blue 'Add' button. Also, the language dropdown should not have the 'add translation' option in this view.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
