Change referenced default branch for gitlab-org/gitlab

What does this MR do?

gitlab-com/gl-infra/delivery#1357 (closed) is working toward changing the gitlab-org/gitlab project default branch from master to main. These are the anticipated changed necessary for the CNG project.
