What does this MR do?
Reorders the extraEnvFrom block in the backup-job template (toolbox chart) so that it is applied after the default environment variables.
This prevents values set via extraEnvFrom from being overridden by the defaults, ensuring that custom environment values take precedence, consistent with other templates in the chart.
