What does this MR do?

Updates the links for the documentation pages to point to:

• https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/workhorse/configuration.html#propagate-correlation-ids
• https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/workhorse/configuration.html#trusted-proxies
