What does this MR do?

Depreciated MR. Please see !4254 (merged)

This MR contains translations for content committed by the GitLab Argo Bot to the main-translations branch of our production fork of GitLab Chart up to GITTECHA-30 #1.

We are translating all content in the /doc directory into japanese, and delivering these translations back to the project in the /doc-locale/ja-jp/ directory.

This change is needed so translations are available while be build the Japanese documentation site at docs.gitlab.com/ja-jp/
