chore(usage-ping): Add telemetry data for commands/projects/namespaces
Description
Adds telemetry data for glab commands to help the team improve popular features and rework unpopular ones. This will be sent to whatever GitLab instance you're using (be it self-hosted or gitlab.com). The API being used is: https://docs.gitlab.com/api/usage_data/ with this data definition: gitlab!190773 (merged)
You can opt out of this feature with the configuration option here: !2097 (merged)
Simply add to your config:
telemetry: false
