Changes

  • Add --file and --line flags to glab mr note command for creating line-specific comments
  • Support for diff-based discussions on merge request files
  • Implement file path validation and line range support
  • Update existing mr note command to use GitLab Discussions API for line comments
  • Maintain backward compatibility with existing note functionality
