Update existing analytics dashboards to use the dashboard layout framework

Problem to solve

The existing analytics dashboards do not currently make use of the dashboard layout framework component. In Spike: Determine migration path for existing an... (#542199 - closed), we identified the feasibility of migrating existing analytics dashboards to use the new component.

The outcome of this was that we identified changes that need to be made due to customizable dashboards. These changes will be made as part of Create a new customization component based on t... (#546201). Upon completion of that issue, we need to verify that existing analytics dashboards work as expected, and is now using the dashboard layout component correctly.
