Why this MR ?

  • As a part of SLSA Phase 2 epic, we need to enqueue the sidekiq worker that generates the SLSA provenance statement when a build finishes

What does this MR do ?

  • Add a new wip feature flag slsa_provenance_statement
  • Enqueue worker to publish SLSA provenance on build completion if feature flag is enabled
