Geo: Add a new finder for matching a model name against a model class

What does this MR do and why?

This MR adds a Finder class whose responsibility is matching a String representing a model_name to an actual Model class. This will enable the frontend to be able to receive the model_name associated with a replicator, as well as passing it as parameter to retrieve information about this model.
