Fix poststart logging

Issue: Fix minor issues with postStart script logging (#547722 - closed)

What does this MR do and why?

It moves the output for the git clone command in the internal_poststart_command_clone_project.sh script from stderr to stdout

This script is executed as a postStart event in a workspace and it writes the output to logfiles in /projects/workspace-logs/

After this change the output for the clone command goes to /projects/workspace-logs/poststart-stdout.log
