How to set up and validate locally

1. Go to any work item type with the support status widget for example Issue, task
2. See that the work item state badge is only visible when the state is 'CLOSED'(Both in sticky header and without)
3. Go to any work item with unsupported status widget , for example - OKR's , Epics
4. See that you are able to see the state widget irrespective of state(Both in sticky header and without)
