Remove line for GitLab Duo CLI from the Feature table
What does this MR do and why?
The Duo Feature table includes a line for GitLab Duo CLI, which is not only a low priority feature (With no investments planned) but more critically is unavailble for Self-Managed and Dedicated deployments (and no plans to extend).
Having that feature is detrimental from sales cycle as it gives a signal to propsects of Duo with Q, they are losing out on some features today and might do so in future, creating unnesssary friction in the sales cycles)
