Rename graphql configured items to item consumers

As discussed in #569072 (comment 2738525999) we should rename the AiCatalogConfiguredItems to AiCatalogItemConsumers to match the structure of the backend.

How to set up and validate locally
- Enable these feature flags:
Feature.enable(:global_ai_catalog)
Feature.enable(:ai_catalog_flows)- Create a flow for a project at http://gdk.test:3000/explore/ai-catalog/flows/
- Go back to http://gdk.test:3000/explore/ai-catalog/flows/ and add the flow to the project
- Confirm that the flow shows up in
http://gdk.test:3000/<project_path>/-/automate/flows
