Display virtual registry id on registry details page

What does this MR do and why?

Add a Copy Virtual Registry ID: <ID> option to the Virtual Registry’s ellipsis menu on the registry detail page, allowing users to copy similar to the project/group pages.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Visit Group > Deploy > Virtual registry
2. Create maven registry.
3. Confirm that More actions dropdown is shown with item to copy virtual registry ID.
4. Impersonate as guest and confirm that the dropdown is visible while the edit button is hidden.
