Internationalize work item types in UI
What does this MR do and why?
This MR internationalizes work item types in the UI, the need for which was identified initially in !178025 (comment 2306602663)
sprintfWorkItem lowercases and capitalizes text, but not all languages work in this way so for better internationalization support we should use translated work item types in the text.
