Add stories for CI Catalog components

This change adds documentation and testing examples for CI Catalog Badge and Projects List Item.
CI Catalog Badge stories cover published/unpublished states with interactive popover demonstration.
Projects List Item stories show main project types: default private project, public project, CI catalog project, and minimal project with basic features.
